  • Arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Please be on time and stay for the entire class.
  • Bring a towel, washcloth, yoga mat, & water (yoga mats and towels for rent).
  • Wear yoga or workout cothing appropirate for sweating.
  • Bring a change of clothes for after class.
  • Men's and women's dressing rooms with showers.
  • Practice yoga on an empty or nearly empty stomach.
  • Be ready to work hard, and be challenged.



PLEASE:

• BE ON TIME!
It is disruptive to the class when you are late.

• STAY FOR THE ENTIRE CLASS!
For maximum benefit.

• LEAVE THE YOGA ROOM QUIETLY AT THE END OF CLASS!
Be mindful of the others still in final savasanah.

• THE YOGA STUDIO IS A CLASS ROOM.
Respect the instructions ofthe yoga teacher. If you have concerns about how the postures feel, please discuss them with the instructor after class.

• KEEP YOUR SPIRIT LIGHT:
“Happy Smiling Face” - Smile softly, you’ll feel better.

• DO NOT WEAR FRAGRANCES AND PERFUME:
Some people are allergic to them.

• KEEP VALUABLES AT HOME OR IN YOUR CAR:
Or take them into the studio with you.

• BE POSITIVE:
“Can’t” is a four letter word. Better is: “I’ll try.”

• NO SHOES IN THE YOGA STUDIOs

• REMEMBER
when entering the studio you are entering a classroom.

INTRODUCTORY CLASSES
If you are new to yoga, you are welcome to attend any of Inner Fire Yoga's classes as your first class, including Bikram Yoga, Inner Fire Fusion, Yin Yoga or Power Flow Yoga. All of our classes are currently "All Levels" - yet be prepared to work hard as all yoga classes are challenging whether a new student or experienced student. The instructor will keep an eye on you, guide you and encourage you to rest as you need to. As a beginner student, it is not necessary to wait to attend an Intro to Yoga class. We encourage you to get started right away if you are willing!
INTRO TO BIKRAM/HOT YOGA*

Suggested donation for INTRO TO YOGA CLASSES:  $5-$15.
Proceeds to benefit local charity.  No pre-registration is necessary.
These classes are for students who are brand new to yoga or who have practiced yoga just a few times.  The instructor will start the class with a verbal introduction to yoga.  Then class will follow, with time taken as necessary to explain the postures in detail, demonstrate, and answer questions.  Students who sign up for the Introductory Offer of 2 weeks of unlimited yoga for $20 at the end of class will receive a $10 discount!
